Resource Pack: Tools for Trust

Tools for Trust: Digital primers

These three digital primers are shared sequentially ahead of workshops within our Trust Based Business development programme (and wider programmes with a trust focus). Working through each will offer a solid grounding in the different components to the Trust Equation — and opportunities to test trust building tactics in your own relationships.
Here's the first, and the second — and the third. We'd love to hear any feedback you can share on their relevance and impact.
Tools for Trust: Three foundational books

A trio of books from Maister, Green and co (the architects of the Trusted Advisor philosophy) — The Trusted Advisor, the Trusted Advisor Fieldbook and Trust Based Selling — provide source material for a lot of what we'll cover in our work and programmes. If you've room on your shelves, they'll make excellent companion reading with high-future-value dip-in-and-out-ability.
